Official League Rules
📋 League Format
- 40-minute running time games.
- Last minute stops on incomplete, timeout, or out of bounds.
- 1 timeout per half (no carryover).
- Arrive 10 minutes before game.
- No overtime in regular season.
- Grades 1–6: coach = QB (no running).
- Grades 7–8: player = QB.
- Under 5 players = forfeit (game still played).
- Both teams under 5 = tie.
⚙️ Offense & Defense
- Center can’t receive.
- "8 rush" count before rushing.
- One blitz per 4 downs.
- Dropped snap = live play.
- 7th/8th QB may run once per 4 downs before 50 yd line.
- 1 first down at 50 yd line — none after that.
- Defense must line up on the line.
- TD = 1 pt, safety = 0.5 pt, no conversions.
- No kickoffs. Punts = ball at 20.
- Pass interference = spot foul.
- No tackling, shoving, or holding (5 yd penalty).
🏃 Ball Carrier Rules
- No jumping or spinning.
- Blocking/stiff arm = 5 yd penalty.
- Obstructed flags = play dead when touched.
- 1 knee down = dead ball.
- 1 foot in bounds = catch.
- No fumbles — ball is dead on drop.
- No handoffs or backward passes.
- No communication with refs.
